in China, Zhongshan Tiancai Packing Co., Ltd. (TC Pack)
is a large plastic color printing enterprise and a leading
supplier of laminated plastic flexible packaging materials.
The company provides streamlined complete solutions for

consists of 14 series of packaging materials and printing
solutions, with more than 4000 kinds of products that cover

Established in February 1998, TC Pack is located in Torch
Hi-tech Development Zone at Zhongshan City, in southern
part of China’s Guangdong Province. It covers 40 thousand
square meters, with facilities occupying 18.8 thousand square
meters of building areas surrounded by tropical trees and
flowers. The main production compound is a 181 meters long,
33 meters wide, and 14 meters high facility with 8405 square
meters of building areas. The production line has the monthly
capacity of 10,000 tons of laminated plastic packaging materials,
ranging from bags and packing films (anti-counterfeit, transferring,
or transparent) to composite layered papers. With its convenient
location in southern China, TC Pack is just short distance
away from major international hubs like Hong Kong, Macao,
and Guangzhou, providing additional logistic advantage for
its clients around the world.
TC Pack relentlessly invests in the latest packaging engineering
and technology, and integrates them into its comprehensive
system of production equipment--118 in all, more than 98%
of which are from major manufacturers in Japan, US, and
Europe. The system includes Fuji’s 12, 8, and 5-color photogravure
press as well as 2 dry laminating machines, a solventless
laminating machine from Italy’s POLYTECH Co. Ltd., and a new type environmental handbag production line from Japan Niulang Company. We installs
and operates a host of products from selected manufacturers
in US and Japan to meet our requirements in extruding lamination,
high-speed auto cutting, triquetrous and fusing bag-making,
testing, and quality control.
With licenses to produce both food and pharmaceutical
packaging materials, TC Pack has its own separate production
line to meet specific requirements for clients from pharmaceutical
industry.
As one of CTAAC-approved production sites, TC Pack pays
extra attention to safety, products’ sanitation, and Secrecy,
with 24-hour guard, closed circuit television monitoring
system, and auto alarm. We strengthen facilities in sanitary
production and provide routine physical check-up for employees.
Waste-films are 100% granulated to prevent from wrongful
usages of margins and angles.
